The Grand Prize is a Winnebago AWD Revel Camper Van plus $25,000. The sweepstakes winner will win a Winnebago AWD Revel Camper Van plus $25,000 or $150,000 cash. In order for the Winnebago AWD Revel Camper Van plus $25,000 or the $150,000 prize to be awarded, a minimum of $400,000 in donations must be raised. In the event less than $400,000 is raised Bal Swan Children’s Center will award a cash prize as stated in the Rules.

Sweepstakes Entries may be obtained in the following manner: (1) ordering online by visiting https://www.tapkat.org/bal-swan-children-s-center/dErdM9 and submitting an online entry form with a donation; (2) by mailing (postage paid) your check or money order for the appropriate entry amount along with your full name, email, phone number and address (all required to enter) to: Bal Swan Children’s Center, Attn: Sweeptakes Entries, 1145 E 13th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80023; (3) or by requesting a sweepstakes Entry without a donation by using the method outlined in the Rules.
Entrants who wish to purchase entries to enter the sweepstakes can do so by mailing (postage paid) a check or money order for the appropriate entry amount along with your full name, email, phone number and address (all required to enter) to: Bal Swan Children’s Center, Attn: Sweeptakes Entries, 1145 E 13th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80023.
Your donation amount determines the number of entries you will receive. Entry purchase amounts are:
(1) $25 for 18 entries
(2) $50 for 40 entries
(3) $100 for 90 entries
(4) $200 for 200 entries
(5) $350 for 400 entries
(6) $500 for 650 entries
(7) $1,000 for 1750 entries
(8) $2,000 for 4000 entries
You may buy as many entries as you like, as often as you like. We appreciate your support!
The sweepstakes ends at 11:59pm MST on November 2, 2025.
The winning entry will be drawn at Bal Swan Children's Center, Broomfield, Colorado at approximately 4:00pm MST on November 10, 2025.
The nonprofit draws the sweepstakes winner utilizing a secure, industry-standard random number generator to select the winning entry from the pool of eligible entries.
No, you do not have to be present when the winning entry is drawn to win.
The sweepstakes winner will be notified on 4:00pm MST on November 10, 2025 by phone and/or email based on the contact information provided at the time of entry purchase. We will post the winner's name and the winning entry on this website.
Following the Drawing of the Winner, the winning entry, entrant’s name, city and state is automatically published on the home page of this sweepstakes site.
Bal Swan Children’s Center will contact the winner and provide all the details on pickup or delivery of the prize and appropriate paperwork. If the prize winner elects the cash prize, the prize will be delivered by U.S. Mail, wire transfer or other mutually acceptable means.
Your entry purchase is a donation to the nonprofit Bal Swan Children’s Center. Check with your accountant to determine if your donation is tax-deductible. We do not warrant that your donation is or is not tax-deductible.
Yes. The prize winner will be required to submit all applicable IRS forms and pay taxes due in order to be awarded the prize.
