VCACA, Inc. is organized exclusively for public charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue code. The VCACA, INC., is a community-based, traditional and performing multicultural arts organization. Our mission is to preserve and promote the highest quality of Caribbean artistic heritage, performing arts and experiences that benefit and enrich the educational, cultural, economic and social vitality of citizens and our communities. One of the biggest cultural event is a festival called CARIBFEST, similar to Trinidad Carnival but at a much smaller scale!
